Q:How do I start with Z Matrix's service? +
For all of our clients we recommend you to first talk to one of our reps via the contact us page, and thereafter we will be happy to guide you through all stages. This method has proven to work better for our past clients so rest assured!
Q:Can I try out Z Matrix's VoIP service before making a payment? +
We do not have official offerings for trial, but we always make sure our clients feel comfortable with their purchase, so we will provide everything we could to assist you.
Q:I have a problem when setting up/ using, what should I do?+
No single software is perfect, and we have been constantly working on minimizing the potential errors. As there are many reasons that could cause the problem, we would first recommend you to perform your current action again. If the problem persists, please contact our technical support via contact us.
Q:I do not wish to continue to use Z Matrix's service, what should I do next? +
For security reasons, we did not include many account manipulative functions. We apologize ahead if our service does not match your requirements and you decided to leave us, to discuss the arrangements we can make to provide a remedy for you, please talk to our reps.
